Terms of service

MatMind is provided for team operations: scheduling, messaging, attendance, timers, and related tools. You are responsible for the accuracy of roster and minor-consent data you enter. Paid plans renew until canceled via the customer portal. Trials convert to the Team plan when they end without payment unless you upgrade.

Do not use MatMind to harass athletes or share sensitive weight data beyond allowed roles. See our privacy policy.
